Brad gave you all of the ridiculous height details in yesterday’s Photo of the Day, but let me reiterate that this building stands an insane 829m (2,720 feet)! We toured the top of the Burj Khalifa, but also took some time to enjoy the amazing fountain show they have on display at the base of the tower.
The fountains were designed, built and choreographed to music by the same company that produced the fountains at the Bellagio (WET Design). Naturally, these fountains are bigger and did not cease to impress as they danced perfectly to a medley of musical tunes from around the world at each half hour.
For me, The Burj Khalifa stands strong at #24 on our list and is an astounding feat of engineering, creativity and dedication. My hat is off to this incredible building!
