Photo of the Day – Sleeping Sea Lion – Galapagos Islands, Ecuador

The Galapagos Islands are one of the most fun places I have photographed around the world. There are beautiful animals everywhere your eyes focus and everyone coexists in such perfect harmony, including the tourists.

I found this sleepy sea lion relaxing on the sand while walking along a beach on the Galapagos Islands earlier this year. While he soaked up the hot afternoon rays, I laid out flat on the sand and captured some beautiful photos.
