Not only is the meat delicious, but it is also stupidly cheap by American standards. A typical Parilla charges less than $30 for two people to enjoy appetizers, steaks and a bottle of Malbec. Back in 2009 Will and I spent a few weeks traveling around Argentina and I think we found ourselves seated at a Parilla eating steak almost every other night.
