Photo of the Day – Brisbane River and Skyline – Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

By both Aussies and travelers alike, Brisbane is consistently put down as being a horrible city to even think of going to. Who would have known that it is actually a full-blown, legit city with a pretty cool river wrapping around it?

This photo takes the “boring” city of Brisbane and with the right composition, turns it into an interesting photo. I took this photograph from a bridge which gave me an excellent vantage point. By taking this photo with the building to frame the right side, I was able to capture the entire river-front area which builds the composition of the photo from the front-right to the back-middle. This type of composition is easy to find and helps your viewers to easily navigate a your photos.
